Access Model

BotBerlin starts with a free trial that does not require a payment card. The trial ends after 72 hours or 5 alerts - whichever of the two comes first - so it may end before 72 hours have passed if 5 alerts have already been delivered to you. Continued access is a one-time 29 EUR Search Pass for 30 days. There is no recurring payment.

Service Scope

BotBerlin monitors supported listing sources, matches listings against saved criteria, and sends alerts. BotBerlin does not control housing providers, listing availability, application forms, appointments, provider communication, or rental decisions.

Manual Provider Steps

Users remain responsible for reading each provider listing, checking eligibility, preparing documents, submitting applications, answering provider messages, and attending appointments.

Checkout Terms

The final checkout shows the 29 EUR total price, the 30 days access period, no recurring payment, provider boundary, and withdrawal route before payment. No VAT is charged: under the Kleinunternehmerregelung (§19 UStG) the operator does not levy Umsatzsteuer, so the price shown is the full amount payable. Access begins after successful payment and expires 30 days after the payment time.

Withdrawal And Refunds

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal described in the withdrawal notice. BotBerlin applies a full-refund policy to a timely withdrawal and ends the paid access when the withdrawal is processed. Requests may be sent to support@botberlin.com and receive human review. The support response target is two Berlin business days.

Dispute Information

Complaints and disputes can be sent to legal@botberlin.com. Payment stays disabled until the paid-launch control gate has production evidence. BotBerlin has not obtained a qualified German/EU legal opinion and does not describe the operator's risk decision as legal approval.
