Withdrawal notice

Your 14-day right of withdrawal and the BotBerlin model withdrawal form.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the Search Pass contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise this right, inform Morhaf Kourbaj, Margarete-Walter-Straße 2, 10407 Berlin, Germany, email support@botberlin.com, of your decision by a clear statement. You may use the model form below, but it is not required. Sending the notice before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw in time, BotBerlin will refund the full Search Pass payment using the same payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise. The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after BotBerlin receives your withdrawal. Paid access will end when the withdrawal is processed. BotBerlin does not deduct proportional compensation under the current full-refund policy.

Immediate start

Checkout asks separately whether you expressly want the service to begin immediately, before the withdrawal period ends. Starting the service does not by itself remove your withdrawal right. The right expires only after the service has been fully performed, subject to applicable law.
